Arctic Monkeys have announced their 2023 North American Tour which began with 22 dates and has now extended to a 28-date tour. The band has added two additional dates in Los Angeles after almost instantly selling out their first show at the Kia Forum.
English rock band, Arctic Monkeys, have announced their 2023 North American tour ahead of their upcoming album, The Car, set to release Oct. 21, 2022. The band will release their seventh studio album this fall as they tour in Brazil, Paraguay and Chile.
In August 2022, the band announced their seventh studio album at the Zurich Openair Festival alongside the debut of a new song, “I Ain’t Quite Where I Think I Am.” A week later, the band released the first single from the upcoming album, “There’d Better Be a Mirrorball,” alongside a music video directed by vocalist Alex Turner.
The band formed in Sheffield, England in 2002. They became internationally known with their hit album AM, which includes their global hit “Do I Wanna Know?” Arctic Monkeys is vocalist Alex Turner, rhythm guitarist and keyboardist Jamie Cook, percussionist Matt Helders, and bassist Nick O’Malley.
The Grammy Award-winning band are releasing their first album in four years following their 2018 album Tranquility Base Hotel and Casino. The band is recognized for their mixed influences such as indie, alternative, pop and more.
