Puscifer is set to begin the second leg of their United States 2022 tour this October. The Existential Reckoning Tour features 27 shows across the U.S. including a stop in Escondido, California on Oct. 18 at the California Center for the Arts.
The Existential Reckoning Tour is Puscifer’s first U.S. tour in over six years. The second round of U.S. shows does not include a stop in Los Angeles as the band has already performed a show at the Greek Theatre on June 12 earlier this year. Fans reviews on bandsintown.com have been extremely positive of the first set of shows earlier this summer, most referring to the shows as unforgettable and unique experiences.
The LA based experimental rock group is finally back on tour supporting their 2020 and fourth studio album Existential Reckoning. The album was followed by a live album released in 2021 titled Billy D and the Hall of Feather Serpents.
The rock supergroup was formed by Maynard James Keenan, known as the lead singer of Tool and A Perfect Circle. For several years Keenan remained the only permanent member in his creative project but was later officially joined by Mat Mitchell and Carina Round. The group is known for their odd yet fun personas incorporating themes and costumes for their live performances. The Existential Reckoning Tour’s theme is aliens and mysterious life forms as reported by the band’s tour announcement earlier this year through a YouTube video titled “Agent Dick Merkin Reports Live.”
