Psychedelic Porn Crumpets is set to embark on their 2022 world tour which is split into two legs a U.K. and European Tour and a North American Tour. The North American Tour is set to last from October through November 2022 and includes a stop on Nov. 2, in Los Angeles, California at El Rey Theatre.
The Australian psychedelic rock band formed in 2014 consisting of vocalist Jack McEwan, guitarist Luke Parish, bassist Wayan Billondana, drummer Danny Caddy, and keyboardist Chris Young. The band describes their sound as “an energetic mess of color and tone.” The group has won three West Australian Industry Awards and are continuously compared to psychedelic and acid rock groups King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard and Tame Impala.
Earlier this year Psychedelic Porn Crumpets released their fifth studio album, Night Gnomes, via What Reality. The album reached the Top 50 in the Australian Charts. The album is followed by a promotional world tour. The first leg of the tour includes several shows from August to September throughout the U.K. and Europe. The second leg of the tour begins this fall in North America after a special performance at Desert Daze Festival in Lake Perris, California. The 2022 North American tour stops by in major cities such as Seattle, Chicago, Toronto, Mexico City and many more. The tour only includes a single stop in Los Angeles, California on Wednesday, Nov. 2 at El Rey Theatre.
