Death From Above 1979 At The Fonda Theatre on November 1st

Death From Above 1979 announce their 2022 North American Tour, which includes a stop in Los Angeles, California on November 1st at the Fonda Theatre.

The Canadian rock duo formed in 2001 by bassist Jesse F. Keeler and drummer and vocalist Sebastien Grainger. The duo released their debut album, You’re a Woman, I’m a Machine, in 2004 and broke up two years later. The duo regrouped in 2011 and released three more albums. Their latest and fourth record, Is 4 Lovers, released in 2021 after several months of teasing fans through social media.

Death From Above 1979 is known for their dance-punk sound, combining noise punk with gritty synths and more. They are also widely known for their unbelievably powerful live shows. The duo’s passion strikes the audience through their vibrant high energy and fiery songs. Death From Above 1979 will be touring North America this fall in support of there Is 4 Lovers album. The band will perform at the Fonda Theatre with special guests The OBGMS. The Los Angeles show will be followed by a special performance at Pappy and Harriet’s in Pioneertown, California on Wednesday, November 2nd.
