Maná at the Kia Forum with dates from June 24th through September 17th

The Mexican pop rock band, Maná, has announced new dates for their Los Angeles residency at The Kia Forum. Due to a high demand, the band has added new dates on September 16th and 17th with special guests Panteón Rococo.

Earlier this year the band began their LA residency at The Forum on March 18th and 19th. The band followed the shows with another set on April 22nd and 23rd. This month they are expected to perform on June 24th and 25th followed by two shows next month on July 15th and 16th. The band continues to add to their LA residency series of shows with new dates in September 16th and 17th. The band’s Los Angeles residency is a celebration of Mexico and their outstanding career with special guests and performances of their greatest hits.

Maná is considered the most successful Latin American band of all time, earning four Grammy Awards, eight Latin Grammy Awards, nineteen Billboard Latin Music Awards and much more. The band formed in 1986, originating from Guadalajara, Mexico and currently consists of frontman and vocalist Fher Olvera, guitarist Sergio Vallín, bassist Juan Calleros, and drummer Alex González. Their second studio album ¿Dónde Jugarán Los Niños? became the best-selling Spanish-language rock album of all time selling over 10 million copies worldwide.

The band’s sound is a mix of pop rock, reggae, progressive rock and more. They have earned the title of the greatest Latin rock band in the world of course due to their international commercial success but also their extraordinary live performances and connection with their audience. Maná is beloved by many as they include political advocacy messages in their lyrics and performances, speaking on topics such as human rights, world hunger, social justice and more. The band founded the Selva Negra Foundation in 1995 aimed to support projects protecting the environments and animals.

In 2016, Maná was inducted into the Hollywood Walk of Fame. In 2018, the band received the Billboard Latin Music Lifetime Achievement Award and the Latin Recording Academy Person of the Year. In 2021, Maná was honored with the Icon Award at the Billboard Latin Music Awards.

With 10 albums under their belt and lifetime of awards, Maná will celebrate their career with a Los Angeles residency at the Kia Forum this year. Though the residency has already began, the band is still set to perform six more times for the series from June 24th and 25th, to July 15th and 16th, returning once again on September 16th and 17th.
