Murder by Death has released a new single titled, “Everything Must Rest.” The new single is from their upcoming album Spell/Bound, which is set to release on July 29. It is the last single release of their forthcoming album.
In April, the band announced their new album, as well as their tour dates for their tour. They also started KickStarter, which launched on April 29, in support of their new album to ensure that “everyone gets a good payday”.Before “Everything Must Rest”, the alternative/indie rock band released “Never Be” back in May. “Everything Must Rest” was produced in California by Kevin Ratterman (as well as the rest of the album). The band made a statement about the new single saying, “We are excited to share ‘Everything Must Rest’ – the only remotely fun song on our new album Spell/Bound. It’s just your average baroque-western-goth-new wave-indie-pop summer gem.”
