The Russian punk rock group Pussy Riot just announced a free pop-up show in Los Angeles, California at 10:00 p.m. on Friday, April 1. The show is part of Superchief Gallery NFT panels and all-day celebration.
Pussy Riot became popular for their strong lyrics and impactful feminist and protesting messages within their songs. The punk rock group is beloved by fans for their powerful energy and provocative guerilla gigs, particularly one held inside Moscow’s Cathedral of Christ the Savious which led to the arrest of two members of the group. The group has always been political advocates and voiced their support for feminism, LGBTQ rights and much more.
Recently, the band has received a lot of publicity as members have voiced their opinions on the Russian war against Ukraine, including one member who launched a NFT of the Ukrainian flag to raise funds for the country.
Tonight, Pussy Riot will be making a special appearance at Superchief Gallery LA for their NFT panels sponsored by Lady Cactoid and Unicorn Dao. Don’t miss this free concert from Pussy Riot at 10 p.m. on April 1 at Superchief Gallery LA, simply RSVP on Eventbrite.com.
