Son Rompe Pera recently announced their 2022 Spring Tour which features dates across Mexico and the United States. Son Rompe Pera’s Marimba Maniacs spring tour features four dates in California, one of which is at 1720 on May 7th.

The psychobilly marimba band, Son Rompe Pera, is composed of the Gama brothers Kacho, Mongo and Kilos, accompanied by their friend and drummer Richi Lopez and bassist Raul Albarran. The band was formed in Naucalpan, in the outskirts of Mexico City and quickly grew a fan base for their unique Cumbia punk sound.

Son Rompe Pera will be accompanied by Bite Me Bambi and Quitapenas on their shows in Los Angeles on May 7th and in Riverside on May 11th. Bite Me Bambi became popular for their OC ska sound and energetic performances. Quitapenas is known for their contagious rhythm and tropical Afro-Latin sound.
