Wale at The Novo on February 15th

Wale is an American rapper mostly known for his 2006 hit song “Dig Dug Shake It.” Wale’s old school lyricism and fun energy gave him the opportunity to make history as he became the first rapper to open the State Of The Union with a performance before President Obama’s final State Of The Union Address. Recently, Wale released a new album entitled Folarin II, a follow up to his 2012 mixtape Folarin. Wale is set to return to the stage with a tour across the United States which includes one stop in Los Angeles, California.
