Hyperpop duo 100 gecs to perform at NYC’s Terminal 5 on 12/9 & 12/11

Hyperpop duo, 100 gecs, will be performing at Manhattan’s Terminal 5 on Thursday, December 9th, and Saturday, December 11th. Tickets for the December 9th show are sold out but can be purchased on resale sites ranging from $45.00-$65.00. Tickets to the December 11th concert can be purchased from AXS for $29.50, or at the door the day of the show for $35.00 if tickets don’t sell out. Doors for both dates open at 7:00PM, and the shows begin at 8:00PM.

100 gecs released their debut album, 1000 Gecs, in 2019 which helped define the hyperpop genre and earned 100 gecs a loyal following and critical acclaim. GQ described the album as “utterly unhinged in the best way possible”, and New York Times music critic Jon Caramanica rated it #1 on his list of “Best Albums of 2019.”

This year, 100 gecs has collaborated with popular alternative artists such as Pussy Riot, and Noisia ー along with releasing a reanimation of Linkin Park’s “One Step Closer.”

If you want to see one of the biggest experimental pop groups perform at one of Manhattan’s coolest venues, these are shows you’ll want to get tickets to before they sell out.
