Experience The Nightmare Before Christmas Live with Danny Elfman at Banc of California Stadium 10/29/21

Danny Elfman recently announced he’ll be performing as part of a live, orchestral Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas live-to-film event at Banc of California Stadium on Friday, October 29. 2021. Celebrate both Halloween and the holidays at once with what’s sure to be an incredible and unforgettable live experience! As the composer of the film’s original music, lyrics and score, Elfman himself will reprise his singing voice role as Jack Skellington. “Jack Is Back! I was so sorry to have missed last Halloween. (We all know why),” Elfman said in a statement. “BUT- I’m not skipping this year. Jack wants to get back on stage. I can’t wait to see you all.” Elfman is also set to release his first solo album in nearly 40 years this June.

Elfman is teaming up with conductor John Mauceri and a full orchestra and choir to perform the classic songs live along with the film. The event will feature additional original voices from the film and other special guests TBA, along with the full orchestra and choir, led by Mauceri. Since the event is set to take place appropriately during Halloween weekend, a pre-show costume contest and trick-or-treating will take place at the stadium.
