The bands are celebrating the 20th and 15th anniversaries of their respective albums, Emotion is Dead and The Everglow, coming together for their “Emotion Is The Everglow” 2021 Tour. The tour was initially scheduled to take place in 2020, but was postponed due to Covid-19. The tour will provide a unique celebratory experience, which will see each band performing their classic album in its entirety. The tour is only hitting the east and west coast for four total dates, so grab your tickets and get ready to celebrate with them!

The Juliana Theory released their sophomore album Emotion Is Dead back in 2000. The band released four studio albums before disbanding in 2006, and have since reunited three times for live performances and a tour to celebrate their 20th anniversary. In 2020, The Juliana Theory announced that they would be signing with Equal Vision Records, and just released their new album A Dream Away on March 26, 2021.

Mae, short for Multi-sensory Aesthetic Experience, was founded by Jacob Marshall and Dave Elkins. The duo wrote their first song, “Embers and Envelopes,” in Marshall’s living room, and the rest was history. Their second full-length album was The Everglow, released in 2005.
