Pink Siifu And Fly Anakin Explore The Corner Store In New Music Video For “Tha Divide” Featuring ZelooperZ, MAVI And Koncept Jack$on

Hip hop collaborators Pink Siifu and Fly Anakin promote their new EP $mokebreak with a fresh music video for a single of the joint titled “Tha Divide.” The song features guest verses by ZelooperZ, MAVI and Koncept Jack$on.

Each of the ancillary rapper’s float over the laid-back beat, one that features a prominent trumpet melody at its forefront. It is nonstop lyrics as the artists bounce off one another in the five-minute track that is nothing if not packed full. The video for the song sticks with the tone and stylistic approach Pink Siifu and Fly Anakin have been incorporating as of late in their music videos. That is to say it evokes D.I.Y. and stoner culture in its color filtering and videography. There is a beguiling trip around a grocery store before a late-night meetup on some moonlit and snow laden street corners.

$mokebreak released on March 19 includes ten new songs, and features production credits from Black Noi$e, Chuck Strangers, Ohbliv. Piink Sifu has proven himself as a prolific artist and collaborator, working with artists spanning from The Avalanches and Nick Hakim, while Fly Anakin is an integral member of the Mutant Academy. The two have been quite inseparable since their debut album together, 2020’s FlySiifu’s.
