After postponing their tour due to Covid-19, Dave Matthews Band is heading out on a US Tour this summer. They’ll be stopping at the FivePoint Amphitheatre in Irvine on September 11, 2021. This jam band is known for mixing things up so that each song is performed a bit differently when playing live. If you’ve seen Dave Matthews Band once, you could be in for a totally new experience this time around.
Since their 1994 major label debut album, Under the Table and Dreaming was released, the band experience worldwide success and fame, and the album was eventually certified six times platinum. They’ve sold millions of concert tickets and albums over their career, releasing new material on a consistent basis. Their latest album, Come Tomorrow, was released in 2018 and debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, making them the first band to have seven consecutive studio albums debut at the peak. Additionally, they won the 1996 Grammy Award for Best Rock Vocal Performance by a Duo or Group for their hit song, “So Much to Say.”
