Catch Snail Mail Live at the Glass House 4/12/21

Indie darlings Snail Mail are coming the Glass House in Pomona on April 12, 2021. The show was initially scheduled for April 13, 2020 but has been postponed due to Covid-19. San Diego’s Beach Goons and Minneapolis’ Hotline TNT will provide opening entertainment for the evening. The show starts at 7:00 pm and tickets are available starting at $23.

Snail Mail (aka Lindsey Jordan) released her debut full-length album Lush in 2018 which landed on several year-end top album lists and was nominated for Breakthrough Artist/Release and Best Rock Album at the 2019 Libera Awards. Before that, Jordan released an EP in 2016 titled Habit on her local punk label Sister Polygon Records. Immediately after graduating high school in the Baltimore suburb Ellicot City, Jordan began touring the world opening for indie acts like Waxahatchee and Girlpool in addition to selling out her own headlining tour.

Lush is like an emotional rollercoaster, only fitting for Jordan’s explosive, dynamic personality. Jordan’s clear and powerful voice, acute sense of pacing, and razor-sharp writing cut through the chaos and messiness of growing up: the passing trends, the awkward house parties, the sick-to-your-stomach crushes and the heart wrenching breakups. Snail Mail’s live performance will charm you enough to step out of your shell and into the mind and heart of a vulnerable young woman.

Location: The Glass House
