This Is Spinal Tap Plus Live Performance From Dead By Midnight at The Andaz Hotel 12/19/20

Catch a special double feature of the classic rock mockumentary This is Spinal Tap and English electronic rock band Dead Be Midnight. Dead By Midnight’s performance will feature visuals from their comic book brought to you by Byron and G. and with the help of their “techno geek manager” Alan, in which the band travels through time solving crimes by day and rocking the world by night. All the action can be seen live at this outdoor venue, The Andaz Drive-In in West Hollywood on December 19, 2020.

Death By Midnight blends their own brand of electronic sounds and rock complete with  their unique comic book visuals. The sound is designed for “massive stadium soundscapes that transcend limiting genres with every song taking you on a sonic journey in to another world. Alternative rock meets electronic synth pop, all with a nod to yesteryear but with eyes set firmly on the future.”

The additional featured film for this show is This Is Spın̈al Tap: A Rockumentary by Martin Di Bergi, a 1984 American mockumentary co-written and directed by Rob Reiner. The film stars Christopher Guest, Michael McKean, and Harry Shearer as members of the fictional English heavy metal band Spinal Tap (who are characterized as “one of England’s loudest bands”) and Reiner as Martin “Marty” Di Bergi, a documentary filmmaker who follows them on their American tour.

The event is produced in conjunction with THE SUNSET STRIPS PRESENTS benefits the FoodCycle LA, and is limited to just 50 cars. Grab your tickets and prepare to get your world rocked both sonically and visually at this drive-in event!
