The Beach Boys hardly need any introduction as the group have been making music for half a century. The legendary California rock icons will be performing live at the Drive-In OC at the City National Grove of Anaheim on December 13, 2020. Tickets for this special show went on sale this past Friday, so be sure to grab your tickets and load up the car for the drive-in!
Their upcoming performance will feature a mix of Beach Boys’ classics as well as new material including Mike Love’s latest single “This Too Shall Pass,” which he released at the start of the pandemic via BMG to encourage positivity during this unprecedented time. The new single was produced by Scott Totten and features special guest John Stamos on drums. All royalties for the new single will benefit Feeding America’s COVID-19 Response Fund to help food banks across the country as they support communities impacted by the pandemic.
Since the holidays are fast approaching, The Beach Boys will also perform material off Love’s holiday album Reason For The Season. The Drive-In OC is well versed in Covid-19 guidelines, so expect a safe and fun show filled with classics and holiday favorites.
