Electronic dance duo Boombox Cartel is kicking off a tour in February 2021, entitled Máquina Tour after the release of his 2020 new single. The first date announced is for February 19, 2021 at the Shrine Auditorium and Expo Hall in Los Angeles. The group have a number of successful EDM releases under their belt along with an EP Cartel, and are dominating the Latin electronic dance scene with their blend of electronic and hip-hop sounds with latin influences.
The Los Angeles-based DJ act Boombox Cartel consists of producer Americo Garcia and writing partner, Jorge Medina. Their breakout release “B2U” was released in 2015 and featured Ian Everson. They’ve since turned the heads of major EDM producers like Skrillex, Diplo, and Martin Garrix. Americo Garcia took their project global in 2017, performing at major festivals including Lollapalooza, Global Dance Festival, Electric Daisy Carnival, and more. They’ve also released singles on notable EDM labels including Mad Decent, OWSLA, and Spinnin’ Records. Frequent collaborators include the notable MadeinTYO, Dillon Francis, Panama and more.
