LA’s beloved singer/songwriter LP will perform both a matinee and evening show at the Drive-In OC on the grounds of the City National Grove of Anaheim. The performances will take place on November 14 with a 2:00 p.m. matinee and a 7:30 p.m. evening show. Audio for attendees at Drive-In OC will be available via a traditional PA system as well as through their vehicle’s FM radio.
During LP’s (aka Laura Pergolizzi) performances, her full band will play a mix of favorite hits and new songs, including brand new single “The One That You Love,” which has been streamed over 16 million times worldwide. She can barely contain her excitement for these special performances. “So excited to do a drive-in concert on Nov 14th! It’s going to be a unique and special experience for me, and I hope for you! Gonna sing in front of actual people, but in cars!! I honestly can’t wait!” LP said.
Although she’s made a name for herself with her own songwriting and music, LP has also written songs for major pop stars in including Christina Aguilera and Rihanna. She’s also performed at major festivals like Coachella and Dana Point’s Ohana Fest.
The show is being presented in partnership with 88Five Live (88.5 FM). The organizers for The Drive-In OC are well-prepared to adhere to Covid-19 social distancing guidelines, so expect a safe and fun performance from LP!
