American singer-songwriter Thundercat announced that he will be performing live with Hannibal Buress in Pasadena at the Rose Bowl Drive-In. The event will be held on October 24 at 8:00 PM and will be taking place in the Area H Lawn.
Tickets for this event are sold per vehicle and are based on the amount of people in the vehicle. Standard prices range from $30-$75 per person for vehicles with groups of 2, 3 or 4. Prices per ticket will vary depending on how close you would like to be to the stage. For vehicles with more than 4 passengers, additional tickets can be purchased for $45 per person.
While the price per ticket depends on what section you would like to be parked at, event staff suggests arriving early due to the parking being first-come-first-serve per section. Guests will be allowed to sit outside, atop their vehicles or in their trunk/trunk bed.
Due to the current pandemic, the stadium has a list of safety protocol rules that all attendees are required to follow. Guest are required to wear masks and are mandatory for admission to the event. Those who try to enter without a proper face covering will be turned away without refund. The staff asks that all attendees social distance to the best of their ability as they will have security on site to enforce it.
Thundercat released his fourth full-length studio album, It Is What It Is, earlier this year. He used a mixture of genres to make up this 15 track composition. He also released new music along with a music video for in late July of this year. “Grune the Destroyer” was created for Cartoon Network’s animated show ThunderCats remake called ThunderCats Roar.
