Do The Dip at the Lodge Room 2/27/21

Seattle-based seven-piece outfit The Dip are coming to The Lodge Room on February 27, 2021. The ensemble blends together nostalgic rhythm and blues with classic with classic pop. Their live performance is said to be “one of the most engaging acts on the road today,” and is electrifyingly captivating.

Since their 2015 debut self-titled album, The Dip have amassed a loyal following. Their production for both of their albums have been DIY’d, with the band preferring to record and mix in their own studio. Their 2019 sophomore album The Dip Delivers launched their fandom internationally, with lead hit “Sure Don’t Miss You” propelling interest in the album.

The band’s frontman Tom Eddy offers compelling vocals which compliment the energetic melodies from the three-piece Honeynut Horns, the horn section of the band. Their sound is retro brought into present day and will have you dipping in and out on the dance floor.
