Wavves Take Over the Wiltern on a Rescheduled November Date

It’s fairly common knowledge that the Wiltern is one of the best venues in LA. Those lucky enough to attend a show at this legendary venue can speak to its impressive sound quality and atmosphere. Whether you’re attending a comedy show, punk concert or hip-hop concert you can count on the Wiltern to deliver a perfect event experience every time.

This November, So Cal native Wavves will be coming back to Los Angeles for a show at the Wiltern. Though they have not announced a new album on the way, it has been three years since their latest release and fans are eager to hear new material. But for the time being fans will certainly be satisfied by their tour in celebration of the tenth anniversary of King of the Beach

As their most critically acclaimed album, King of the Beach is largely responsible for launching the band’s career into the stratosphere, placing them as a key figure in the modern beach punk/surf rock movement. Though their influence has waned slightly in recent years, they are generally considered to have set the bar for great beach punk music with this record, and that influence still affects bands to this day.

Location: The Wiltern
