Palaye Royale is Playing The Theatre of Living Arts May 15

Palaye Royale is a Canadian-American rock band that was formed in Las Vegas under the original name Kropp Circle, but the group changed their name in 2011 and currently reside in Los Angeles. They do not have a very extensive discography, but they have amassed a loyal following and accomplished a lot during 8 years together. They have released 2 studio albums, 2 EPs, and 8 singles. They signed with Sumerian records in 2015, and released their debut album the following year, titled Boom Boom Room (Side A).

This turned out to be a two-part album when the group announced their next album would be Boom Boom Room (Side B). This project was entirely scrapped in 2018, and redone for release in 2019. This second album reached #89 on the Billboard 200, and they went on the Final Boom tour to support and promote both albums. Their unique style and personalities have propelled them to this level of stardom, illustrated by Danzig (guitar) was arrested during the tour. Notably, Palaye Royale was also the first unsigned band to win MTV’s Musical March Madness competition back in 2015, as well as ‘Best Breakthrough Artist’ in the 2018 Rock Sound awards. They will be at the Theatre of Living Arts on May 15.
