Maroon 5 And Special Guest Meghan Trainor Will Be At BB&T Pavilion September 3 

The incredible and iconic group that is Maroon 5 have just announced a huge 2020 North American Tour. The original members of Adam Levine (vocals), Jesse Carmichael (guitar), Mickey Madden (bass), and Ryan Dusick (drums) came together as Kara’s Flowers in 1994 while still in high school. Since then, the band has released 6 studio albums under the name Maroon 5, adding guitarist James Valentine. Their debut album, Songs About Jane, peaked at #6 on the Billboard 200 in 2002 and went platinum in 2004. Their next few albums received critical acclaim and worldwide airplay, containing hit singles such as Makes Me Wonder (#1 on Billboard Hot 100), Moves Like Jagger (#1), and One More Night (#1 for 9 weeks). 

Maroon 5 is one of the world’s best selling musical artists/groups and this tour will be promoting their newest, sixth studio album titled Red Pill Blues. This LP was released in November of 2017 and it reached #2 on the Billboard 200. There are guest features including SZA, LunchMoney Lewis, and A$AP Rocky. They will be joined at the BB&T Pavilion on September 9 by the pop superstar Meghan Trainor, famous for 3 huge hit singles. Her breakout smash hit, All About That Bass, topped the charts for 8 straight weeks, Lips Are Moving became her second top-five single, and No became her fastest song to reach the top-five on the US Billboard Hot 100.
