Jacquees Is Performing At The Fillmore February 23

Jacquees is an R&B singer and songwriter hailing from Decatur Georgia, who has made a name for himself since coming onto the scene in 2014. That was the year that he independently released his EP titled 19, and it peaked at number 15 on the US Billboard Top R&B Albums. He was already collaborating with huge names on this release such as Chris Brown, Rich Homie Quan, and Trinidad James. Later that same year he signed a recording deal with Cash Money Records, the record label started by Birdman, and the rest is history.

Jacquees began to truly find mainstream success with his 2016 single, B.E.D., which reached number 69 on the Billboard Hot 100 and stayed on the chart for 7 weeks. Releasing various singles in the coming year, he finally came out with his debut studio album in 2018: 4275. He collaborated with label-mate Birdman, as well as Young Thug, Trey Songz, and many more. The album featured the singles B.E.D. and You, both of which have since gone Platinum. Jacquees has just announced his newest tour, which is intended to promote his newest album, King Of R&B. His soul and unique style have definitely proven him to be at the top of his field, with this newest album reaching number 4 on the US Billboard Top R&B albums. Make sure to catch Jacquees when he comes through to the Fillmore on February 23 for a great night of live music and dancing.
