Moses Sumney has released his new melancholic track “Me in 20 Years,” featured on the second part of his highly-anticipated double LP græ. The new track serves as the third single released from the record, following “Polly” and “Virile” with their respective videos. “Polly” and “Virile” will be included on the first part of the LP, which will be released digitally February and part two on May 15th with a physical release of the entire album. Part one will feature 12 tracks, with Part two consisting of eight, making it a 20 track album. The album follows Sumney’s critically-acclaimed debut LP Aromanticism and EP Black In Deep Red in 2014.
Since his 5-song EP “Mid City Island,” Sumney has gone on to perform alongside Dirty Projectors, Junip, St. Vincent, and Local Natives and being featured on the opening track of Beck’s 2012 album Song Reader. Several songs from Aromanticism have been featured in the soundtracks of various television shows including Netflix’s “Orange is the New Black,” “Dear White People” and HBO’s “Insecure.” Earlier last year, Sumney was featured on James Blake’s latest album Assume Form, which also featured the likes of Travis Scott and Andre 3000.
