Clutch is currently on tour right now, traveling around Spain, France, and the UK. The first leg of the tour, ending on December 20th is accompanied by Graveyard and Kamchatka. They start their domestic leg of the tour with Damon Johnson on December 27 and finish up with a grand New Year’s Eve show in Philly at Union Transfer. To make this an even more special final show, they have announced that they will be playing their album Blast Tyrant in full for the first time ever.
This is mine and many other’s favorite album of theirs. It is their sixth full-length studio album released in 2014 and this album propelled them to a new level of exposure. The album reached 147 on the Billboard Top 200, and 9 on Top Independent Albums. They are still rocking out and releasing music, with their last album having come out in 2018. This is an amazing opportunity to see the first performance of Blast Tyrant from top to bottom, and I highly recommend you check out Clutch, and this album in particular, if you haven’t heard of it.
