The three-day long Hangout Festival in Gulf Shores, Alabama has announced their 2020 lineup featuring the likes of the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Lana Del Rey and Billie Eilish. Other prominent musicians who will be featured in the festival include Post Malone, Marshmello, Cage The Elephant, Juice WRLD, Louis The Child, The Head and the Heart, Jhené Aiko, Madeon,Oliver Tree, T-Pain, Tove Lo, Big, Chelsea Cutler, Alec Benjamin, YUNGBLUD, Jai Wolf, Snakehips and Doja Cat.
Last year’s lineup consisted of Travis Scott, Vampire Weekend, Diplo, Kygo, The 1975, Cardi B, Jimmy Eat World and Bishop Briggs. Sean O’ Connell, who has been one of the festival’s organizers since its inception, has co-hosted the festival with Goldenvoice since 2013.
“We have a really great team behind Hangout Music Fest and we are big fans of communication,” O’Connell told the Tennessean back in 2017. ” From day one, we go in knowing that we want to produce the best festival in America, so we recruit the best in the business to get it done. And by the end, we’ll have another amazing show on the beach.”
Eilish recently became the youngest person to be nominated for a Grammy in all four major music award categories. The performer recently released a track entitled “everything i wanted,” earlier this year.
Lana Del Rey walked away with Grammy nods for album of the year and song of the year for Norman Fucking Rockwell! and its accompanying title track. The singer is currently embarking on her fall 2019 tour, where she has been performing multiple different covers.
