Gryffin and Gorgon City Team Up With AlunaGeorge in New Video for “Baggage”

EDM producers Gryffin and Gorgon City have teamed up with electronic pop duo AlunaGeorge  for the new melodic house track and music video “Baggage.” This latest collaboration will be featured on Gryffin’s upcoming record Gravity, due out on October 10th via Darkroom/Geffen Records.

The track begins gently, with synth lines slowly building up with the singer Aluna Francis’ vocals, which create a soulful atmosphere for the track as the bass builds up right before it drops. Dancers are shown in a room displaying their skills across a steady house beat that is as easily ready for a large rave as it is for a club dance floor.

Gryffin previously released  “Hurt People,” a collaboration with singer-songwriter Aloe Blacc, co-written by Bastille frontman Dan Smith, “All You Need to Know”with SLANDER ft. Calle Lehmann “Remember” ft. ZOHARA and a track entitled “OMG” featuring Carly Rae Jepsen, which are all featured on the forthcoming album.

Gorgon City recently released a progressive house track entitled “Elizabeth Street,” with an accompanying music video that displayed the New York City skyline. Prior to this single the producers teamed up with Kaskade for the track “Go Slow” featuring ROMÉO, which was first premiered at Coachella this April.

AlunaGeorge released an EP entitled Champagne Eyes last October, which was preceded by a track entitled “Superior Emotion,” featuring the producer Cautious Clay. This project was follow-up to their 2016 album I Remember, which hosted features from artists such as Australian producer Flume and the Jamaican performer Popcaan.
