New music for five months straight, the futuristic pop star Charli XCX announced the tour in support of her highly anticipated third studio album Charli. The new album is set to release on September 13 via Atlantic records. Established artists including Lizzo, Troye Sivan, HAIM, Big Freedia, Christine and the Queens and Sky Ferreira made appearances on the upcoming album, alongside with uprising talents such as rapper CupcakKe, lo-fi music artist Clairo, German-born hitmaker Kim Petras and Korean-American EDM musician Yaeji.
Coming up with the idea of “dismantle classic beauty ideals,” Charli XCX’s AR makeup artist Ines Alpha contributed on the album’s artwork, Consequence of Sounds reports. Scroll through for the full tracklist and album artwork below.
“Charli LIVE Tour” will kick off on July 21 in Chicago, Illinois at Pitchfork Music Festival. The massive trek will make stops across North America, Europe and the UK before concluding in Moscow, Russian on November 28. Joining the tour as social guests, Tommy Genesis, Brooke Candy, Dorian Electra and Allie X will go on the tour separately. Check out the tour dates below, tickets go on sale June 21.
