In tweet sent out midweek by pop singer songwriter Charli XCX, the artist promised fans that she would release new music for five months in a row. This announcement came after Charli XCX released her latest single last week which was a collaboration with rapper and singer Lizzo titled “Blame It on Your Love.”

In her tweet Charli XCX proudly wrote, “angels, your mother is about to feed you new music for 5 months straight. You deserve it and you’re welcome.” Though many claim this feat to be too ambitious, the pop singer has been proving she’s up to the challenge by releasing her newest song, and songwriting for the Korean group BTS. Additionally, Charli XCX has stated that she would be excited by the prospect of releasing an album in 2019. She has clued fans in through past announcements of new music in 2019. She has expressed that her new music will be similar to her 2017 mixtape Pop 2. Check out her tweet below:

Charli XCX will be performing at a number of upcoming events. One of these events will be the Go West Fest which will be hosted and headlined by Charli XCX herself and Troye Sivan in order to launch people into Pride 2019. Additionally, the singer is set to appear at the YOLA festival in Los Angeles this June.  Considering all of these events it’s impressive to say the least that Charli XCX will also be putting forth a continuous stream of new music.
