Best known for their song “Paramedic!” from the movie Black Panther, hip-hop group SOB X RBE is comprised of four equally talented solo artists – Yhung T.O, DaBoii, Slimmy B, and Lul G. Most recently, these young artists have worked together producing two, fifteen track albums in 2018 titled GANGIN and GANGING II. Even though the group is definitely a product of the new age, many of their songs have that classic rap sound featuring snare and synth-y beats with disk-jockey chops and screws.
Standing for “Strictly Only Brothers, Real Boi Entertainment,” SOB X RBE was born out of Vallejo, California in 2016. The group has quickly gained notoriety, touring with artists such as Sage the Gemini, 21 Savage, and Post Malone. Their sophomore album GANGIN topped the charts off at 74 on the Billboard 200 when first released. The late-teens, early twenty-something rap quartet will own Austin at Come and Take It Live for only $20. With four solid musicians on stage, the performance is guaranteed to be a show worth seeing Saturday, April 6th!
