This summer, King Buzzo of the Melvins, and Trevor Dunn of Mr. Bungle will be joining forces once again on the King Dunn Tour. The tour kicks off in August and will stop in Austin, TX, on September 21st. The two heavy-metal trailblazers will defy expectations with an acoustic show featuring King Buzzo on vocals and guitar, and Trevor Dunn on stand-up bass.
Frequent collaborators, King Buzzo and Trevor Dunn have partnered together on various projects—including Dunn’s work on King Buzzo’s solo 2020 album, Gift of Sacrifice. The pair have also worked together over the years as members of the avant-garde metal supergroup, Fantȏmas, which formed in 1998. With almost three decades of experience collaborating with one another, King Buzzo and Trevor Dunn’s musical chemistry will definitely shine on stage on their upcoming tour.
