Ohana Festival is now entering into its fourth year and has announced its 2019 lineup. The three-day festival will take place on September 27, 28 & 29 at Doheny State Beach, Dana Point, CA. This coastal, beachy event near the shore of the Pacific Ocean, it offers festival-goers the opportunity to enjoy local beer and wine, artisan food trucks and first-class live performances.
Headlining the festival are The Strokes, Eddie Vedder and Red Hot Chili Peppers. Also performing at the festival are Tash Sultana, Incubus, Nathaniel Rateliff and LP, the festival features Jenny Lewis and the Night Sweats, Laura Jane Grace & the Devouring Mothers, Glen Hansard, Mudhoney, Devendra Banhart, White Reaper, Benjamin Booker, Jacob Banks, Lukas Nelson & the Promise of the Real, Poolside, Mt. Joy, Lewis Capaldi, Las Cafeteras, Jack Irons, Sunflower Bean, Dustin Kensrue and more.
According to Rolling Stone, Bradley Cooper’s rock star persona in Oscar winning film A Star Is Born was based on Pearl Jam’s Eddie Vedder.
The Strokes only brings the goods to their fans. It was reported that the group was recording with legendary producer Rick Rubin in 2017 after they announced the news of new album in 2016.
