Festival NRMAL has announced their inaugural lineup for 2019. Mazzy Star, Death Grips, and Spiritualized are set to play the festival, taking place March 2 at Deportivo Lomas Altas in Mexico City. Labeled as the “The coolest of the underground,” the festival the eclectic lineup features a diverse lineup of acts from around the world including John Maus, Mexico’s Mint Field, Germany’s Frank Bretschneider, and Peruvian’s Ale Hop. The festival will mark Ale Hop’s first visit to Mexico since residing in Berlin. Tickets for the festival are on sale now with passes selling pretty quickly and can be purchased here. The festival is also celebrating its 10-year anniversary this year, starting in 2010 in Monterey. Since 2014, it has relocated to Mexico City. It provides an intimate experience for fans, including great music and art from talented artists all over. Festival headliners Mazzy Star are currently on the road supporting their 2018 EP, Still. The four-track EP included three new songs and an alternate version of their song “So Tonight That I Might See.”The EP served as the follow up to their 2013 full-length studio album Seasons of Your Day, the band’s first album in 17 years.
