Florence + The Machine Announces Spring 2019 Tour Dates with Christine and the Queens, Blood Orange and More

Florence + The Machine will be embarking on a North American tour this spring, beginning in May. The tour will stop in Chicago, Oakland, Los Vegas, Boston, and Colorado’s legendary Red Rocks Amphitheater.

The band will also be headlining sets at Governor’s Ball in New York and FORM Arcosanti. Christine & the Queens, Blood Orange, Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats and Perfume Genius will join as special guests on select dates of the tour.

The band recently shared “Moderation” and “Haunted House,” their first new music since their massively acclaimed 2018 album High as Hope. The songs are receiving immediate acclaim withRolling Stone praising Welch’s “unmistakable powerhouse vocals” on “Moderation” while Stereogum describes the song as “a huge cinematic stomper.” In contrast, The FADER calls the more delicate “Haunted House” “classic Florence theatricality” and Billboard notes that it “reveals Welch’s somber side.”

High as Hope was nominated for the Mercury Prize and named one of the best of the year by Rolling Stone, Refinery 29, Billboard, the New York Post, Uproxx and many more.
