Dance Gavin Dance @ Franklin Music Hall 4/13

Sacramento rock band Dance Gavin Dance has some interesting news regarding this upcoming Spring. Not only will they be embarking on a North American tour in support of their most recent album, but they have also named a number of different bands that will be touring alongside them. Opening for Dance Gavin Dance in the first leg of their tour will be Periphery, Don Broco, Hail the Sun, and covet. This first leg of the tour includes their stop in Philadelphia which is set for Saturday April 13th at the Franklin Music Hall, formerly known as the Electric Factory.

Dance Gavin Dance is currently made up of Tilian Pearson and Jon Mess on vocals, Will Swan on guitar, Tim Feerick on bass and Matt Mingus on drums. The squad released their eighth studio album just last year, Artificial Selection. It follows their previous Mothership from 2016, and was written to a large extent on the tour following that release. This album is the first from the band that is produced by more than one person, and also features Kurt Travis and Andrew Wells. Tickets for the show just recently went on sale, so don’t miss your chance to see this eventful night of bands.
