The Fall of Troy @ Glass House 12/14

Post-hardcore band The Fall of Troy is set to perform at the Glass House next month with support from additional rock bands. The group will perform in Pomona on Friday, December 14th. The ‘Night of the Blue Swan IV’ event, presented by Chain Reaction, will include the following bands; Hail The Sun, Royal Coda, Icarus The Owl, Wolf & Bear, and Adventurer. General admission tickets for the event are going to cost fans $20. Doors for the event are going to open at 5:00 PM, with the first performance beginning at 5:30 PM. The show will be available to all ages.

The Fall of Troy reigns from Mukilteo, Washington and got their start in 2002. The group is commonly known for their post-hardcore rock/progressive rock sound. The three man band includes Thomas Erak (guitars, vocals, keyboards), Andrew Forsman (drums, percussion) and Tim Ward (bass, screamed vocals). Following the impact of their breakthrough single F.C.P.R.E.M.I.X (2006), the band released three more studio albums. In 2010 the band disbanded, however, they reunited in 2013 and have been playing at shows since. Fellow supporting band Hail The Sun also have a similar yet unique rock sound. Their roster consists of Donovan Melero, Shane Gann, Aric Garcia, and John Stirrat. The band has also just recently released an album entitled Mental Knife, which was produced by Beau Burchell of American post-hardcore band Saosin.
