Orbital @ The Belasco Theater 12/8

Following the release of their recent album, Monsters Exist, Orbital is slated to perform at the Belasco Theater on Saturday, December 8th. This show is one amongst the three first shows that Orbital has done since 2012. Tickets for the event are going to cost concert goers $30 each. Doors for the show are going to open at 7:00 PM while the performance will begin at 8:00 PM. This show will be available to all ages.

Electronic music duo, Orbital, which consists of brother Phil and Paul Hartnoll, were founded in 1989. The brothers are rooted from England and were amongst the first pioneers to create progressive rave music. Their first notable track Chime was declared “a rave anthem” that peaked at number 17 in the UK charts. This was the beginning of the common success that the partnership continued to endure throughout their career. Orbital has won several awards including Best Dance Act and Best Line Event at the NME Awards in 94-45 and Best Directional Debut of the Year at the MVPA Awards in 98. With a few breakups here and there, the duo has a total of nine albums under their belt. Most recently, Orbital released their LP entitled Monsters Exist, which features nine exciting and flavorful tracks. Their return was well received by many critics including those from Pitchfork, Mixmag, and Billboard.

The brothers are back and ready to provide LA with an amazing show. With LA being one of the three US shows, this is certainly an opportunity you don’t want to miss out on. Hit the link below to purchase your tickets today.

Julian Pino: I'm a recent graduate with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business. I graduated from California State University Channel Islands in Camarillo, California, but I now reside in Los Angeles. I'm very passionate about music and have been trying to involve myself with the culture surrounding it for as long as I can remember. I was recently fortunate enough to work with the thriving new multi-channel network, Create Music Group where I learned many new things about the music industry. Here, I acquired several skills regarding music monetization and even became certified in YouTube Content Ownership. When I'm not working on the clock I usually spend my time finding new music. As a DJ/producer, I take pride in discovering new artists and different types of genres. I recently started a project where I intend to support and share new artists on social media so that they're getting the recognition that they deserve. I also make an effort to attend local shows whether the performers are superstar artists or aspiring artists. Ultimately, I aim to positively impact the community of artists and listeners that are as impassioned about music as I am.
