WEBCAST: Watch U.S. Girls and Amen Dunes Live Stream from Brooklyn Steel, NYC

Pitchfork is streaming a free show from New York City’s Brooklyn Steel venue tonight. The show starts at 6 PM PST with U.S. Girls taking the stage first. The band plays with an eight-piece band and puts on a show that cannot be missed.

The band, which is lead by Meg Remy, released their excellent new album In A Poem Unlimited earlier this year. One of the best albums to be released so far this year, the record included singles like “Velvet 4 Sale,” “Rosebud” and “Pearly Gates.”

While this show will be with experimental folk artist Amen Dunes (who released Freedom earlier this year), most of U.S. Girls upcoming shows are part of the first-ever 4AD tour. Those shows will feature performances by Remy’s band as well as Tune-Yards, who also released new album in 2018. That album, I Can Feel You Creep Into My Private Life, included singles like “Honesty,” “ABC 123” and “Look At Your Hands.”
