Manchester outfit Pale Waves released the music video for their new single “Kiss,” their first piece since the release of their critically lauded debut ALL THE THINGS I NEVER SAID EP. The video is minimalist but stylish in black and white, with the band rocking out in what looks like an abandoned room. The video can be viewed below.
The group was formed in 2014, originally under the name Creek. They signed a record deal with Dirty Hit in 2017, after which they released their debut single “There’s a Honey”, followed by “Television Romance”. This year, the band was ranked fifth in the BBC Sound of 2018 poll and won the NME Under the Radar Award at the NME Awards.
Pale Waves will be embarking on a 33-date North American tour this fall, set to run throughout late October, all of November and the start of December. The tour will make stops at Lollapalooza, Outside Lands Festival with a pair of arena stops with CHVRCHES throughout August, before headlining their biggest American shows to date, which include stops at Brooklyn Steel in New York and The Fonda in Los Angeles. Tickets to all shows are available on Friday through the band’s website.
