On May 11th, the Arctic Monkeys’ new album, Tranquility Base Hotel & Casino will be available for fans, but as of the moment, there is little to no information known about the album itself. The band has stayed mum about the album’s contents, with no official single on the horizon.
However recently, the band treated their fans to a special preview of four new songs off of Tranquility Base Hotel & Casino. It was on May 2nd at the Observatory North Park in San Diego that Arctic Monkeys’ had their first live show in almost four years. They performed “Four Out of Five,” “One Point Perspective,” “American Sports,” and “She Looks Like Fun.”
The band was joined onstage by Tame Impala’s Cameron Avery, who helped make the album, along with co-collaborators from the Klaxons and Mini Mansions.
The Arctic Monkeys are currently on their North American tour, with their next show slated for May 5th at L.A.’s Hollywood Forever Cemetery. Video footage from their Observatory North Park show is below.
