English rock band The Horrors announced their summer tour with shows in the United States and Canada on their Facebook page. The tour starts on June 12th in Washington, DC at the Rock’n’ Roll Hotel and ends in Los Angeles, CA on July 1st at the Regent Theatre. The tickets for their summer tour go on sale Friday 10 am local time.
The band’s fifth album V came after three years after the band’s fourth album, the band was quiet between albums and not putting out new music. According to mxdwn the album has new and old sounds blended together. Frontman Baris Badwan writes lyrics that include a variety of emotions, ranging on both sides of the spectrum. The songs “Something To Remember Me By” and “Weighed Down” are included on the band’s newest album.
