Rachael Ray is back yet again and bringing the fire to this year’s SXSW with her Feedback lineup. Not only will she have a full menu of free food and free drinks flowing all Saturday long but she also has the epic mash-up band Dr. Pepper’s Jaded Hearts Club Band with Matt Bellamy of Muse plus members of Nine Inch Nails and JET. Remember when they performed Beatles covers and then the legend himself, Paul McCartney showed up? Yeah, that was awesome- watch it here if you missed it and cross your fingers for a repeat.
Besides this great headliner, your favorite hip hop trio Salt-N-Pepa are coming out along with Girl Talk celebrating 10 plus years and coming out with his fifth album, Kurt Vile who’s working with Courtney Barnett on a new album and so many more! Check out more details below.
10 AM-4 PM Saturday, March 17th @ Stubb’s BBQ, 801 Red River Street, Austin, TX 78701
One of my favorites from SXSW’s past, Hinds, will be rocking out on stage along with Bob Schneider, Erika Wennerstrom from Heartless Bastards, Ron Gallo who is making the SXSW rounds, Waxahatchee, Kevin Morby and many more. And of course, you can’t miss Rachael’s husband’s band, The Cringe, back at it just like past years.
You can get all the details and full lineup here. No RSVP is needed for this one but the line is famous for going for blocks and blocks (last year, it went all the way to the highway so no joke) so get there early if you want in for some amazing bands during the peak of SXSW Music.
