Ministry Team Up With Burton C. Bell And Release New Video for “Wargasm”

The industrial rock metal band known as Ministry shared today a lyric video for their new single “Wargasm” which is featured in the band’s upcoming new album AmeriKKKant

The video for “Wargasm” incorporates visuals that illustrate the song’s perspective best described with the lyric, “Death, power, and sex…These are the things that we do best…Which country wants it next…Not many left to molest…” It is non stop military violence with bombs dropping, combat and war as well as a man in a clown makeup which makes sense. One automatically thinks of violence when a clown is present.

The new video features appearance from Burton C Bell from Fear Factory who puts on the nightmarish clown makeup while narrating parts of the track. He provided the track’s spoken word parts reciting them towards the camera. The theme of the video is obvious, as each frame is covered in military images. It makes sense due to the themes riddled in the new album.

AmeriKKKant is Ministry’s 14th studio album and was written and produced by the band’s provocateur-in-chief Al Jourgensen. Nine of the tracks are linked as one continuous piece of music which is rooted in Jourgensen’s unadulterated rage for what’s happening in America today, the waning respect for the U.S. Constitution, the growing acceptance of one’s opinions replacing facts, the sexual abuse and disrespect of women and the toxicity generated by the man in the White House. Not only does the upcoming new album feature Burton C Bell, it also features performances by the album also features performances by DJ Swamp (Beck), NWA’s Arabian Prince, and Lord of The Cello, plus Sin Quirin (guitar), Jason Christopher and Tony Campos (bass), Michael Rozon (engineer and drum programming), drummer Roy Mayorga, and Jourgensen on keyboards and guitar.

During their two-month spring tour, Jourgensen will channel the great P.T. Barnum by bringing along giant inflatable Trump chickens, Antifa flags, head-coverings and uniforms on the road. The shows will also feature video screens that will periodically project politically-imbued images to compliment the music. The North American tour will kick off March 22nd and go through April 28th.
