Skindred Announce New Album Big Tings for April 2018 Release

Skindred has announced the working of a upcoming album Big Tings. The album will be released on April 27 through Napalm Records. This follows the band’s first reveal of the working of the album and follows the release of Volume.

According to BlabberMouth, drummer Arya Goggin told Metal Hammer magazine “The album’s sounding really big. With that name, you have got to deliver big songs. There will be lots of twists and turns — nothing’s off limits.” Vocalist Benji Webbe added on to the statement saying “We are totally revved up about our new single, ‘Machine’, and are busy getting wheels into motion and gearing up ahead of our U.K. tour in what is looking like being a turbo-charged bumper year.” This metal band is well known for including other influential genres into their work such as hip-hop and dubstep. There has been no details about the tracklist for the album.

The band has also released a teaser for their single “Machine”. The single featuring vocals by REEF frontman Gary Stringer and guitar by MOTÖRHEAD’s Phil Campbell. The track was used as both the intro and outro theme to “Cars That Rock”, a TV series by AC/DC frontman Brian Johnson. The teaser is shown below.
