Nos Alive Announces 2018 Lineup Featuring Pearl Jam, The National and Queens of the Stone Age

NOS Alive have announced its lineup for 2018 featuring big names like Pearl Jam, The National and Queens of the Stone Age. The latter California band, who released their seventh studio album Villains earlier this year, will join the European festival circuit. Real Estate, Future Islands, Wolf Alice and Mallu Magalhães are amongst the others on the bill for next years bash. Wolf Alice and Real Estate will play on Thursday the 12th and Saturday the 14th in July respectively, the festival’s opening and closing nights. The National were the first confirmed act of the festival, promoting their new album Sleep Well Beast. They recently revealed that they have an album’s worth of new material written, as mentioned by NME.

NOS Alive is a music and arts festival which takes place in the Algés riverside, in Oeiras, Portugal. It is dubbed “Europe’s best summer holiday festival experience.” The three-day event will take place July 12th-14th in 2018. Last year, the Portuguese coastal festival saw first-rate performances from the likes of Depeche Mode, Foo Fighters, The xx, The Weeknd, Phoenix, Royal Blood, Ryan Adams, Fleet Foxes, Savages, Bonobo, Floating Points, Peaches and many more. The festival first debuted back in 2007. Update 1/29/2018: Arctic Monkeys have confirmed that they will be performing at this year’s NOS Alive festival. They have announced that they will be opening the celebrations and performing the first headliner show night 1,
