G-Eazy and Halsey Team Up In Video for Hip-Hop Love Story “Him & I”

G-Eazy and Halsey just dropped their highly anticipated duet, “Him & I” today. The multi-platinum selling rapper/producer and the alternative pop maverick released the track and music video inspired by Romeo and Juliet. The track which is available worldwide, is a story about two star-crossed lovers, and the duo will perform “Him & I” together for the very first time on television on Jimmy Kimmel Live! on December 12th and Good Morning America on December 19th.

G-Eazy plainly calls himself and Halsey the “2017 Bonnie and Clyde” on the track and voices he “wouldn’t see the point of living on if one of us died.” The song keeps each artist’s individual characters while also fluidly meshing them into one. Halsey‘s voice maintains the same chilling and powerful feel the world has come to associate with her, leading into G’s rap verses. The Futuristics-produced track is featured on G-Eazy’s highly anticipated upcoming album, The Beautiful & Damned, which will be available everywhere on December 15th via BPG/RVG/RCA Records. Additionally, the highly personal 20 track double album features special guests including Kehlani, E-40, Charlie Puth, Anna of The North and more.
