NEW MUSIC ALERT: Pale Waves Perform Up in a High-Rise in Video for “Television Romance”

Pale Waves has made one aesthetically pleasing video for “Television Romance,” a new track from the British band. In the video, viewers see shots of a neighborhood with tall brick high-rises. Soon we realize Pale Waves is inside one of them, in an apartment room with all of their instruments set up as if they were playing a concert. Since being published, the song has racked up over a million views on YouTube. Check out the bangin’ video below.

According to a press release from the group, they will be releasing new music later this year. This November Pale Waves will be in North America for a debut headline tour.

The band formed in their hometown of Manchester after building a significant fan base with their UK listeners. Lead singer Heather Baron-Gracie had met their drummer Ciara while studying at their University, and alas, Pale Waves was born. They dropped their first single called “There’s a Honey” earlier this year, which was produced by Matthew Healy and George Daniel of the 1975. Since then, the song has gained a ton of traction and has racked up 1.2 million views on YouTube. There were a few demos out online from the group’s earlier work, but have since been deleted due to Baron-Gracie not feeling like they fit her sound anymore and dubbing herself “detached” from them.
