There’s not a lot of information available about Australian music artist Ecca Vandal, but the only thing about her that isn’t mystery is her energy. With each project or song that she puts out, Vandal makes sure that listeners can feel her rock influenced moxie. Take for instance on her new single “Price of Living” from her upcoming album Ecca Vandal, Vandal recruits Refused‘s Dennis Lyxzén and former letlive vocalist Jason Aalon Butler to help give her new song aggressive frenzied energy.
According NME Ecca Vandal has collaborated with Dennis Lyxzén from Swedish punk band Refused and Jason Aalon Butler from former post rock band letlive on her new single “Price of Living.” From the frantic drums to ecstatic guitars, “Price of Living” is rock music that has been doused with enthusiasm from each of the three rockers. By having punk musician Lyxzén on the guitar, Vandal’s single becomes ten times more electrifying. Then when you add Butler’s, who earlier this year parted ways from his former band letlive after a 15 year run, hardcore vocals to the equation then the song starts to sound quite thunderous as well. Now add those two rock elements to Vandal’s untamed attitude and what you get is a wild storm called “Price of Living,” that has no chance of being tamed for two minutes and thirty five seconds of it being played. Below you can checkout the Ecca Vandal’s new single “Price of Living.”
